These ordering instructions are for trade customers
only: distributors, bookstores, libraries, catalogs and
ministries. Retail customers (those not purchasing
books for resale) should follow the order links on the
home page. No consignment sales are available.
TRADE DISCOUNTS
Book discounts apply to single or
assorted titles. They are available
on trade purchase orders and are
intended for resale only.
